We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please ship your order back to us within 7 days of receiving the return label. If shipped after 7 days, your return will be reviewed for a potential store credit refund only.

Need to do a return or an exchange? No problem! Just send an email to howdy@olderbrother.us with your order number and we'll send you a pre-paid return label. If you want to exchange for something else, make sure to include that info.
We can only do free returns on domestic orders at this time.
